Privacy Policy

ContinuityOS ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through continuityos.io, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, business name, email address, website address if you provide one, and the contents of your message.
- Booking and payment information. Bookings and payments are processed by Cal.com and Stripe on their own platforms. We receive your name, email and booking details; we never see or store your full payment card information.
- Usage information. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand how the site performs. These collect aggregated, anonymized usage data and set no cookies.
- Analytics and advertising cookies, only with your consent. If you choose Accept on our cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people visit and how they arrived, with IP addresses anonymized. We also load the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) which pages you viewed and which actions you took, such as booking a call or submitting a form. We use this to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who visited the site. Neither loads at all unless you accept. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a decline.
- Spam protection. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which may collect device and interaction data under Google's Privacy Policy.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and deliver the services you purchase.
- To schedule and manage appointments you book.
- To improve the website and our services.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing email without your consent.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business: Stripe (payments), Cal.com (scheduling), Resend (email delivery for form submissions), Google (reCAPTCHA, and Analytics if you accept cookies), Meta (Meta Pixel, if you accept cookies), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). Each processes information under its own privacy policy and only as needed to provide its service. Some providers store information outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law (for example, tax and accounting records).
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to its use, by emailing tara@continuityos.io. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Frequently asked questions
What do you need from me before you can start?
Your content: text, photos, logo files if you have them, and access to your domain. The build clock starts the day that lands, not the day you pay. If you do not have content ready, the Growth build includes copywriting, so we write it with you.
Is the $499 really credited, or is it on top?
Yes, in full. Whichever $499 door you start with, the whole amount comes off your project price. If you decide not to go ahead you keep the work.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The design, the code, the copy and images we produce for you, and your domain are all yours. While you are with us the site is hosted and managed on our infrastructure, which is what the hosting fee covers. If you ever want to bring it in-house or move to another provider, we transfer the code and the hosting project into your own accounts, with no downtime and no exit fee.
Do you work with businesses in the United States?
Yes. Prices here are shown in Canadian dollars and US clients are billed in US dollars. Everything else about how the work runs is identical.
